PART TIME: Marketing Manager

Schwabe Digital is looking for a contract Marketing Manager to lead marketing across social, paid media, influencers, newsletters, and video.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the overall marketing strategy for Schwabe Digital

  • Plan, run, and optimize paid media campaigns using Meta Ads and Google Ads

  • Manage tracking and attribution using Meta Pixel and Google Ads tools

  • SEO strategy

  • Develop email marketing campaigns and automations

  • Manage and improve Klaviyo flows, segmentation, and campaigns.

  • Build Zapier automations.

  • Collaborate with Ryan on product launches.

  • Coordinate with video editors and content creators.

  • Collaborate on blog content and educational marketing materials

Requirements

  • Experience as a paid media buyer using Meta Ads and Google Ads

  • Strong understanding of Meta Pixel and conversion tracking

  • Working knowledge of SEO strategy and implementation

  • Experience with email marketing strategy

  • Klaviyo experience preferred

  • Zapier automation experience highly preferred

  • Self-directed and organized in a remote environment

Preferred Experience

  • 2+ years experience in audio technology, music software, or pro audio

  • Familiarity with music production, mixing, or mastering workflows

  • Experience marketing digital products or SaaS-style tools

PART TIME: Junior Level Plugin Developer

We’re looking for a part time Junior Plugin Developer to join our team. The candidate must have experience creating PACE protected builds. You will handle day to day tasks in GitHub, create branches, open pull requests, and build for Windows and macOS. You should have a foundation in C++ and JUCE or a similar framework, know how to debug simple issues, and support senior engineers during releases. If you are comfortable working on features and making PACE protected builds, please send a link to your GitHub or project portfolio.
